任務一：我要租的房子
Assignment One: The Place I Want to Rent.
After reading through this lesson, select your preferred type of housing and explain your
reasons for choosing it.

1. 請閱讀本課課文，了解各種房屋的特色與適合的對象。

2. 選出自己最喜歡的房屋類型。

3. 製作一張海報、 PPT 或口頭報告。內容包括：房型介紹、特色、

優缺點、自己選擇的原因。

任務二：臺灣的租屋資訊
Assignment Two: Taiwan Housing Rental Information
Go to a Taiwan housing rental platform, find three places according to your budget and
needs, compare them by rent, location and amenities. Then explain the reasons for which
residence you ultimately chose.

找臺灣的租屋資訊
（例如：591 租屋網，網址：https://rent.591.com.tw）

1. 請先考慮自己的需求和預算，想一想要租哪種房子。

2. 選出三到四個房屋，做一張比較的表格。包含租金、地點、

設備等資訊，想一想是否符合自己的需求。

3. 說明選擇這幾個房屋的原因和最後的決定，也請說明怎麼決

定的。
