Introduction 簡介

Taiwan Chinesische Schule, established in 1977, has a histo-ry of nearly 50 years and is well-known in the field of Man-darin education in Austria. At the end of 2021, the school became the only Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) in Austria. The center plays an active role in en-couraging foreigners to learn Chinese traditional characters and connect with Taiwanese traditional culture and the values of freedom and democracy in Taiwan. In addition, Taiwanese students with outstanding achievements in Austria are invited to the center, which provides opportunities for language and cultural exchange with local students in various fields. This center serves as a bilateral exchange platform and will keep promoting educational cooperation between Taiwan and Austria.

奧地利中華僑校成立於1977年、擁有近50年的歷史，在當地華語教育界享有極高的聲譽。2021年末，該校經申請、成為臺灣於奧地利設立的唯一一所臺灣華語文學習中心，以對外籍人士學習正體字、認識臺灣傳統文化及自由民主價值起到積極的推廣作用。此外，此華語文學習中心亦廣邀旅奧有傑出成就之臺灣留學生，希冀在各領域皆與在地學生達成語言文化之互通及互惠性、成就雙邊交流平臺、以促成臺奧兩國未來教育合作之可能性。

Courses 課程特色

Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) in Austria demonstrates the current characteristics of Taiwanese Manda-rin language teachers. With flexible course design and digital learning modules, it is committed to presenting a lively and comfortable learning atmosphere. The center offers basic, in-termediate and advanced classes of adult conversation in each session. Placement tests and interviews are held before the start of each session to ensure and improve the quality of teaching in every class. In terms of practical application, the center actively promotes the online global Mandarin speak-ing, composition, and singing competitions held by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC), to encourage students to strive for fluent overall Mandarin ability.

奧地利臺灣華語文學習中心延續當前臺灣華語文教師之培訓模式及特色，以靈活的教材設計並輔以數位學習模塊，致力呈現活潑生動且深入淺出的教學氣氛。該處每期皆開設成人會話基礎、中級與進階班，並搭配分班測驗與面談，以此準確鞏固及提高各班教學之品質。實際應用方面，此中心積極推廣僑委會所舉辦之線上全球華語口說、作文及歌唱競賽，致力讓學生達到「聽得懂、說得出、讀得順、寫得通」的華語實戰能力。
