Introduction 簡介
Chinesischer Verein in Hamburg e.V. was established in 1961. It is dedicated to promoting traditional Mandarin learning and cultivation. In 2015, the institute moved to its current location in Winterhude, which has a good public transportation network. The new building is comfortable and equipped with modern facilities, it is where Mandarin courses and folk art activities are held, and it is also here that you will find the beauty of Taiwanese culture in every corner.
To expand the overseas Mandarin learning market, the OCAC is implementing the Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning Establishment Program. Under the Program, the OCAC assists overseas compatriot schools and communities in Europe and the U.S. in setting up Taiwan Centers for Mandarin Learning (TCMLs) as bases for teaching Mandarin to people aged 18 and above, and most importantly, it stresses on teaching with traditional Taiwanese characteristics. The first Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) established in Germany is in Chinesischer Verein in Hamburg e.V.
Mrs. Hsu, the executive director of the TCML, said that the bilateral cooperation with OCAC’s TCML Establishment Program has integrated and expanded the original teaching content. Both the traditional textbooks with traditional characteristics and the digital textbook of HuayuWorld Website have enabled the teachers in the Center to make better use of it. There are beginner and advanced courses, teaching Mandarin to people aged 18 and above, especiallly focusing on its teaching with traditional Taiwanese characteristics. Through the courses we offer, we aim to develop more diversified language and cultural interaction, and enhance the influence of Taiwan culture.
漢堡中華會館附屬中華子弟學校自1961年創立來即致力於傳承正體華文教育。2015年搬遷新址，交通便利，是一個溫馨又現代化的學習空間，除了教授華語還兼具發揚傳承傳統文化的使命，推展臺灣文化的美善。
僑務委員會為掌握現今海外華語文市場擴展契機，訂定「海外華語文學習深耕計畫」，並具體規劃以美國及歐洲為主要地區，輔助僑校（團）成立「臺灣華語文學習中心」，成為推廣具臺灣特色華語文教育之據點，據此，本中心於2021年成立，為德國第一所臺灣華語文學習中心。
「漢堡臺灣華語文學習中心-漢堡中華會館附屬中華子弟學校」執行長許美娟表示，與僑務委員會「臺灣華語文學習中心設置計畫」的雙邊合作整合並擴充了原本的教學內容；藉由具臺灣特色的正體字教材和突破空間限制的數位教材「全球華文網」大大提升教師們的授課內容與品質。成人班的開辦也以配合當地主流人士參差不一的華語文程度和上課時間，目前開設有初級班A、B與進階班A、B，吸引非華裔的成年人來學習，課堂熱絡、趣味橫生。未來期許能延續這股動能，將型態多元化的臺灣華語文學習中心營建成為社區的語言學習中心，開展更多元化的語言交流文化推廣活動，厚實臺灣文化的在地影響力。
Courses 課程特色
The adult course emphasizes the application of the Mandarin language and stresses listening and speaking skills.
The adult beginner courses help to correct students’ pronunciation and expand their understanding of grammar and vocabulary through short essays with traditional Taiwanese characteristics. The adult advanced courses provide multiple resources, such as audio-visual materials, dialogues and book lists, to encourage students to learn autonomously.
The courses in Hamburg’s TCML use activities such as oral quizzes, games,and role-playing to repeatedly practice new words and grammar; and through the use of multimedia materials (textbook listening exercises, reality programs, drama clips, etc.), to practice listening, grammar and pragmatic skills. The curriculum and contents are adjusted to meet the needs of the students with the aim to enhance their individual learning motivation and achieve teaching goals.
成人班課程強調華語文的應用與聽說能力。
成人初級班矯正學生的華語文發音，藉具臺灣特色的短文增加學生對華語文語法、生詞的認識。成人進階班則透過更多元的資源，引發學生有興趣更有效的學習應用；而影音素材、講題對話、書單舉列等都是常用的方式。
「漢堡臺灣華語文學習中心-漢堡中華會館附屬中華子弟學校」成人班的課程是利用口語問答、遊戲、角色扮演等反覆練習生詞及語法，搭配多媒體(課本聽力練習、實境節目、戲劇片段等)來練習聽力、語法及語用能力，增強學習趣味性；在設計課程時，針對學生的需求、說話的對象調整內容，提高學生個別學習動機，達到教學目標。
